Refund Policy

We have a no return policy, if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation so we can correct.

Due to the nature of personalized products, items cannot be returned nor refunded.

Any orders marked for local pickup that are not picked up after 1 month will receive an invoice for shipping - if not paid after 1 week the items will be restocked/discarded at the buyers expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 2 week window from delivery confirmation to report any issues so that we can correct.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards/certificates are not exchangeable for cash.
